SamplesPik provides access to a curated collection of high-quality audio samples recorded and produced by professional sound engineers and content creators from around the world. Our content is made available to users under a subscription-based model, subject to the terms outlined below.

​Subscription:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly/yearly) depending on the plan selected.

• Payment is due at the time of subscription and will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Free trial and Refund Policy:

• SamplesPik offers a 7-day free trial for all users. During this trial period, users can explore and test the platform's features and content without being charged.

• At the end of the 7-day trial, the selected paid plan will automatically begin, and the user will be charged according to the plan they chose (Core, Silver, or Premium). If a user cancels their plan during the 7-day trial, no payment will be made, and no charges will occur.

• Because a free trial period is provided, SamplesPik does not offer refunds for any plan after the trial has ended and billing has started.

• Users who bypass the free trial and choose to subscribe directly to a paid plan do so at their own discretion. In this case, it is the user's responsibility to understand and accept the service before purchasing. No refunds will be issued in this case either.

• Refunds are only considered in the case of payment processing errors, which must be proven with valid documentation submitted via our Customer Support Ticket form.

Customer Support:

• If you encounter any issues with your account or access to content, you may submit a support ticket via our help center or contact form.

• Please note that due to varying time zones, response times may vary. We aim to reply as soon as possible, typically within 48–72 hours.

You may not:

• • Resell, redistribute, or repackage the samples as-is on any other platform.

  • Share your account or downloaded content with others.

  • Use the samples to create a competing sample library or service.

License and Usage Rights

By subscribing to SamplesPik, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the audio samples available on the platform in your music productions, videos, and other creative or commercial projects.

All audio samples on SamplesPik are 100% royalty-free, meaning you can use them without any licensing issues, additional fees, or copyright concerns—both for personal and commercial use.

Our library is consistently updated and refreshed every month with new, original content. This ensures that subscribers always have access to a high-quality, evolving library of sounds, and helps protect the uniqueness of our product. Because of this constant renewal, the originality of our samples cannot be easily duplicated or copied by other platforms or users.

• All audio samples and content on the platform are the intellectual property of SamplesPik or the original content creators.

• Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms, including but not limited to:

• Abusive behavior toward staff or other users

• Fraudulent activity

• Breach of intellectual property policies
